Research and Development or Research and Development (R & D) is a strategy or method powerful enough research to improve practice. The definition of Research and Development or Research and Development (R & D) is a series of processes or steps in order to develop a new product or improving an existing product can be accounted for. Evaluative methods, are used to evaluate the product in the process of testing a product development.
